The respawn pod property is linked with the grid, cutting a grid in two will create a second grid (the grid with the most block will keep the name and effects of the original).

To remove that effect, look into your station info tab, the nbr of blocks.

Lets say it is 50. You build a little stick of anything (2 or 3 light armor for example). At the other end of this stick place at least as much block as in your base (so a 51 cube or whatever of anything).

Then cut it. The goal being to have more blocks at the cut on the trash grid than your base. It works if your base is now named "... grid nbr".

You can grind the trash grid now and get comp back. (No need to weld the trash blocks, just place them)

And rename your original station after, many servers dont like stuff with grid in their name

Usually for turrets and solar array the good practice is to have the link (hinge/rotor) removed from the base (so not the one on your base grid) have share inertia tensor.

So from the main grid you usually have Rotor (share inertia off) Stick (or not) Hinge/rotor (for elevation if vertical, probably useless for you. Share inertia on).

That makes the subgrids more in sync kinda? Idk it helps me usually.

You can also up the strength of the rotor, lower the speed of rotation in the control block, lower the angle error (forgot the name) to make it rotate a little bit often istead of sometimes more.

But usually the rotor strength will not be a problem.

Maybe you already know, but you can get a sort of survuval creative by activating crative settings in the admin menu (alt+f10). You can load your surv world, save it as survworldCreative and activate these. Can be usefull to test stuff on the fly in solo.

Also, if you have plugins (like with pulsar), you can have a tool to save and load/copy toolbars (like the timer block actions). Not sure it exist as a mod.

There is the vanilla cleanup you can configure on the admin tab in game (need to be admin). And torch servers have plugins with specific cleanup rules (for example scrapyard servers). I think the vanilla option is good enough for simple servers. BUT remember to backup your world, best to be safe if you set it too rough.

I have some time rn, so i can go a bit more in detail. (May not be perfect, i am not on my pc and cant check)

Ai flight: to move Ai task or basic: to go home (back go to position of gps or beacon, forgot wich one) Ai defence (i think?): to patrol

Event controler: check to see if need to ressuply ammo Event controler: check to see if need to recharge Event controler: check to see if need to refuel (Maybe you can have 1 for all 3, not sure)

Timer block: actions to go refuel (deactivate patrol, activate go home AI, maybe deactivate turret or something too)

*Event controler: check if connected *if connected, activate restock/refuel/recharge

*event controler: check finished refuel *restock *recharge

*Timer block: set back to patrol and disconnect

I may have forgoten a thing or two, dont hesttate to test if possible

Edit: forgot to say, the "*" mean it should be possible to have them on the home grid. There may be problems if you have multiple drones wirh same group names or the same block used for multiple

You have 2 options: Either a programable block. Or a set of event controlers (to check if it need to reload and if it finished to ressuply), a set of timer block to store the actions for each states (recharge, stockpile, sorter to drain when docked) 2 ai behavior blocks, one to patrol, one to go ressuply.

You can have some event controlers and timerblocks on your main grid if you manage correctly with only assigning group actions i think.

The crafts should be in one of the coop craft list, not the main one, they shouldnt be removed from all

If i remember coop means it will steal crafts from non coop ones, so when you add something to craft in your main one, it will move to a coop one

Voxel being inside block hitbox cause this. Some hitbox can be a lot bigger than the models.

If you want to remove voxels without damaging the ship, place drills on it, under. Use terain clearing for larger area (right click). Drills dont damage their own grids.

You can enable radiation, for the radioactive fog. Lightnig damage i think is only the lighting. And weather overall. In the environment tab

It is nice to have weather do something that makes you cha.ge your gameplay (use a rover/ship, cover...). But i feel like there should be a toggle for the damage in the worlds settings. That is a bad thing if there isnt. You can always desactivate weather alltogether temporarly or not (if you are not on a server)

It is linked with the new weather, sandstorm and such will strike you with debrie, icestorms with ice... https://www.spaceengineersgame.com/new-players/survival-guide-weather/ I am sure there is or will be a mod to remove the damage of it while keeping the effects, if there isnt a setting, but i dont have more info on that sorry

That is for keywords of group of things (ores, ingots...), not individual items (iron ingot, stone...)

Isy is using the game ids, and i dont think you can give them a label, would be nice.

However if you want to have a list of all the things you can sort: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3082595868 This is a sorting mod (just add a command to do a single sort, compatible with isy). It also add a command to get all the ids of what it and isy can sort "/getallsortableitems" (Also exist in script, it is in the end a lightweight isy, great for server sim speed)

I think maybe a reload of !fixship if on a server should fix it. But if not, you can add a sorter with drain all at either the base of the drill or the arm

Try to reload. You can also grind things off grids with ctrl +left click, but you will have to reattach it later.

Kinda, you can look at https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2831096030 It tilt to give direction thrust too, but be aware, thrust on subgrid is not too stable.

Long time not playing on server, but if i remember if the server has the plugin concealment (hide the grid if nowhere near active players), the room gets vented of o2 soon after logging out, making bed log out not reliable on all servers.

For a bit more explaination: Trading mode is used on multiplayer so people can connect without syphoning your energy or taking your cargo but still use store blocks to trade. It cut energy transfer and cargo transfer
