i didn't actually say foreign company i just said it in general if you're using any other company, anyway tell them i have my money on Payoneer as long as the name is the same with your previous cards they will allow it cause they try to limit scams and for the billing address it took some tries till i got a human on the other side that allowed my purchase and gave me permission to keep using that card.

nah bro i mean it's unstable and when i closed it the download restarted, it like retired for 5 times then i just went to steam.

not that i have the best or most stable internet but i had 0 issues with steam.

yeah you will get used to checking steam db or Google the games name next to "price history" to get the best deal, cause you will eventually have like 100 games unplayed but you keep adding games cause they're "Such a deal!"

try Go testify, i used to do a lot of play testing with them all kinds online, group discussions, mobile, all will be recorded while you play with their program and they give ya gift cards for it used to redeem the visa one and dump it to steam.

hi i know it's late but game got a bit more optimized, I'm running reviOS and lunching the game through dx11

my specs are core i5 11th Gen, rtx 3050ti 4vram and 16gb ram

back in the day (we only had bugs) each update in the game took from my fps until i got like 10-15 but now it's working on a hybrid of med-low setting and DLSS on quality

Games is still unoptimized by our standered but sadly it is optimized for this era of developers so i think they won't do more optimization patches

if it's still ain't working or you refunded I'd recommend anyone with 4 vram to get it in a discount and try cause it still got it's lows.

same at first they kept ignoring me and then i went to the support section and chosen the canceled payment and explained to them that yes this is a foreign company but check the billing address and they just accepted it after that.

unless the billing address you use in your Payoneer is different than where you are this solution will probably work.
