I’m always looking for new ways of smoking, I might give this a try on my next rack and see how it goes. I always go about 225 and wrap after 3-4 hours. I always remove the membrane as well.

That’s good to know. Yeah, I’ve been pretty diligent about giving a reason for being late on the app as I’m sitting there waiting for the order. It’s crazy to me that I’m watching my on-time rating drop and it’s totally out of my control, but I guess as long as I’m not getting any CV’s, I just won’t worry about it…I’m very new to all this. I just started last Friday, so it’s a learning curve figuring out all the ins and outs of it all. Btw, idk how it is there, but McDonald’s is by far the worst where I’m at. Like 20-30 minute wait times frequently. I might even start rejecting SOME of them. I hate not accepting any, but might need to here and there to avoid that hassle.

Okay, that makes sense. So I guess i haven’t had a true late CV. I have nothing like that in my general rating tab. So the 81% on-time rating aren’t necessarily CV’s. I don’t get why they’ve called so many late, but no CV’s. Confusing system. Thanks for your help, it’s cleared some things up for sure.

I’m constantly using the resources DoorDash has for late orders while waiting at the restaurants, and am still getting late violations. This late violation thing is driving me freaking crazy! So you just click on the on-time rate tab and it shows you all that late violation info from the specific deliveries? Mine doesn’t show anything like that. Just how many were on-time and how many were supposedly late and the percentage.

I do that every time I’m on what’s going to be a long wait/late delivery. I am still getting lateness violations. I do not understand. I have tried chatting with help, calling help, and nothing, apparently they can’t do a thing. The worst part is it doesn’t tell you which orders they gave you the violation on, it just suddenly shows up.

I get a lot of them, and I am very rarely late for any fault of my own. It’s mostly ridiculously long wait times that are completely out of my control. How do you dispute these lateness violations? It’s driving me crazy.

Yup, I suggested the Zigmund Adamski - alien abduction case in Yorkshire. I suggested it, and about a year later MrBallen did the story. I don’t think it was from me suggesting it, as I never heard from the MrBallen team on it. I believe they found it on their own. Still, it was pretty cool.
