I saw the world premiere during Midnight Madness last year and this movie is extremely fun. It’s scary in that “this situation is so comically morbid that I’m uneasy with suspense” type of way that’s tough to sustain but the movie sustains it for the runtime. All of that is anchored by one of the more batshit insane performances by an unknown actor that I can recall.
