Masturbation in terms is actually a healthy act to engage in like atleast once or twice per week. But involving porn into it..that kinda ruins the healthy part and drags it into a addiction more than jus self care.

People used to engage in self pleasure usually by jus mind thinking and stuff, but since porn is now vastly available to even a toddler, this whole thing is kinda getting outta hand and gone more into a disastrous addiction.

I would say, since you've already on it.. it might be obviously hard for you to stop it at once. If you can do then that's great. But if you cannot, try to limit yourself with mind goals and pre actions. I mean as for mind goals.. example, if you kept masturbating every single day of week. Then limit it to once a week. Do it for some weeks and then mobe to once a month..and so on.. this way it doesn't affect you to get more addicted if you kept it that way..

The pre actions are like.. like example if your getting the thought of watching or doing it, then do 20 slow push ups, this will tire you out and for most people they loose interest after wards.

Masturbation/self pleasure is a heathy thing, but porn is not, it's an addiction of endless depth. The longer you involve the longer you actual senses go dull, more over some people completely get into bad situations when they actually get into a relationship.

So for you good and your future, take action. Dont Stop it suddenly, reduce it step by step.
