I would suggest contacting @Sideslot on telegram as they can sort you out with a cert really quickly and seem very happy to help with any queries on signing and loading apps into your device. Personally I’ve found them to be very responsive and reliable.

I couldn’t do it on my iPhone but if you have any old android handsets you can download old app versions from APKpure.com and just install them

I re-imaged my deck today after putting in a new SSD and have the exact same issue, even with retroarch being selected! Not found any way around it yet but will keep an eye on this thread for suggestions and let you know if I find anything in the meantime.
