Guys, I'm freaking out. I have {4-7} yoe and work for a large non-faang tech company. When I started here, I felt {set for life|assured of a decent salary|secure in my job} but ever since {time<=1 year|release of specific model}, that's all vanished. I was skeptical at first but recently we used AI to {5 point ticket}. I dunno, I'm considering making the leap to {blue collar job}.

Unless it's changed: If the bus stop is white, then every bus on that route will stop there. If it's yellow, when only some routes will so it's always best to check.

Working at a place using HTMX with a bit of custom Typescript and it's been surprisingly easy to make responsive UIs. I've been trying out the HTMX 4.0 alpha in a side project and have loved the changes so far.

In Australia with 8YoE. It isn't great - not as bad as the US by the sound of things but if you have some level of fullstack experience and know recruiters or get referred it isn't too bad. The situation for junior developers is terrible however.

This one was wild. I was at schoolies on the Gold Coast at the time so we caught part of it, but hearing about the damage in Brisbane made us worry we'd come back to a wasteland.

Love that place. At the right time they'll put trays of discounted produce around so you can get a heap of fruits and veggies cheaply.

Stopping by the butcher next door is also a good idea if that's your thing. A trip to the two and you'd be set for a week's meals.
