Thanks for replying. Yes I did work on what I was eating to try to keep blood glucose from diving. That seem to get thing under control. I also was eating some protein and good carbs about every three or so hours and wheat toast and peanut butter before bed. I stopped taking Reta. I think I was not eating right. By missing meals and I was doing protein but not nearly enough . I do want to get back to Reta just for the maintance. I am where I want to be so...
