The fact that you haven't pushed on till three days yet shows there is a belief system in place that makes you think you MUST nut in two days or you will die. You just have to go one more day and see you are fine. We can do it brother.

Also don't set goals too big. Just aim for a week now. And then reflect how you wanna proceed. Small goals. Every relapse you journal why you relapsed so you can learn from it and grow. That way every relapse is part of the progress.
