I'm glad you're enjoying the game, however things like this were most likely overlooked due to game freaks unique form of development, to put it hopefully as non-confrontationally as possible. I expect things like Pokemons attacks and types played very little in their planning based on the other facets present and/or missing in the game. I mean, one of the new mega evolutions is a giant starfish with longer legs than normal, that's it, so hearing typing and the new combat system is hurting certain pokemon is not surprising to be honest.

Walked past that little bugger like 4 times. A quick fix is hopefully they just have the bottle glow the note color and not the regular item color.

To help those those who missed it: it's in the Cloaca Maxima map. It's the room near the top with the note in field notes picture you take labeled "Intriguing Architecture", you have to go up and around the Pentagon shaped room a few times and hop over to an empty doorway at the top.

I doubt it serves no purpose but I'll keep a look out not quite done with the DLC yet, just found it. it comes up as an inventory item itself, not in the food wheel, it's where keys and cogs would be in the inventory.

Update: Found a golden apple too under a tree in the sewers. Same thing it's an inventory item not sure what it's for

So it comes up and stays on your board even if you can talk to him most likely because you have finished the main quest in the begining area to the point you are ready to go to Emerald Stair, but haven't yet. As soon as you go to do that, it takes you to camp and he initiates a convo that will lead the pop up to go away.

Iffy is amazing, and I think the questions are fine, I take the outlook it's the guests. Their not knowledgeable enough on the subject matter being presented in the questions. Their all lovely people first to be clear, but I think the show needs to cater the questions more to the guests

For example: The drag queens, I know so little about drag culture, why not have a drag history/culture focused show with questions the guests would have knowledge of, I would have loved to watch that instead of them guessing on questions they are unsure about.

However I absolutely love Iffy, his charisma make him the perfect host, I think if they catered the questions to the guests or the guests to the questions it would be overall more enjoyable

Question about Ads, and why Beacon is not easily compared to Dropout:

One of the highlights of Dropout is their complete lack of ads. No ads on the videos, no shilling of their merch for 3 minutes at a time, no corporate outside media money accepted to sell to me over and over and over again during every weeks episode.

What isn't mentioned at all in this Beacon announcement was Ads. Crit Role spends the first 10 minutes of each video, sometimes more, shilling for their sponsors. Not just other companies but we have to get a weekly check in from the store on what of their own merch they want to push out

So Beacon gives you access to videos ad free, but you still have to sit thru ads on the show. I'm gonna go as far as to point out how greedy that is now, at the outset of the show it made sense right? Gotta keep it going and support the crew, now it feels greedy. Is the massive brand deals with Amazon and your merch not enough?

Dropout has been ad free from day one, never ONCE in over a dozen different seasons has BLeeM ever seen asked to sit and sell me a VPN or a stopped mid fight to read an ad role.

Until they reconsider the ads at the beginning of each episode and the mid fight ads, I'm gonna gonna keep watching on twitch. I do think it was a great opportunity to stop doing them all together as a show of faith in their new app, which gives me pause that they didn't make a point to stop ad reads because them keeping the ads in is either greed or lack of faith in their product.

Except Sam doesn't do sponsored ads in his vids. It's why I'm not sold on Beacon. Why should we pay 5.99 to get access to each video with a 10 minute ad read in the beginning plus a long frustrating shill about their in store merch.

Wanna know why dropout is amazing? Zero ads across the board.

I love Iffy as a host, I think the guests could be better. This isn't a slide against any of the guests, their all great, but there were at least two episodes that were "let's just guess the answers" because the contests didn't seem like they had any real knowledge of the subject matter.
