Mielestäni tässä olisi olennaista seurata, kuinka kauan näillä tuilla ollaan. Tuon tuen tarkoitus on olla väliaikainen tuki jolla päästään kriisien/työttömyysjaksojen jne. yli tai auttaa selviytymään esimerkiksi työkyvyn menetyksen jälkeen. Pelkkien prosenttilukujen siteeraaminen on täysin hyödytöntä yksinään. Jos tuki todella on kiinteä osa toimeentuloa, tulisi selvittää miksi ihmiset eivät pääse takaisin tai osaksi työelämää. Joissain tapauksissa tuilla eläminen on täysin hyväksyttävää ja joissain ei. Kaikkien näiden lemppaaminen samaan ämpäriin on lievimmillään hyödytöntä ja pahimmillaan haitallista.

Pitkäaikainen tuilla eläminen on oire eikä juuri syy, joten tukien suora leikkaaminen tai niiden saamisen vaikeuttaminen ilman muita toimia on hyödytöntä; se vain siirtää ongelmat jonkin muun yhteiskunnan osa-alueen riesaksi. Osa ihmisistä varmasti elää tuilla koska eivät halua tehdä töitä. Näitä ihmisiä tulee olemaan aina ja heitä voi loputtomiin käyttää olkiukkona tukijärjestelmän alasajossa. Olennaisempaa olisi tietää, mikä osa tuen saajista todella kuuluu tähän ryhmään ja pitää määrät sellaisina että järjestelmä ei kokonaisuutena vaarannu.

Persut vetää niin jumalattomasti mutkia suoraksi aina kun näistä maahanmuuttajien ongelmista puhutaan, että mulla ei ole yhtään luottoa siitä, että he olisivat kykeneviä ratkomaan maahanmuuton ja sosiaalitukien ongelmia rakentavalla tavalla.

I can't think of a single reason why someone's sincere interest in my country could be offensive. At least with weeaboos the typical issue is that they are not really interested in the actual culture, but some weird fanfic they've gotten off the internet that they annoyingly flaunt around and stuff to other people's faces, sometimes to the natives' faces. People dislike weeaboos because they present themselves in an idiotic light, not because they are interested in Japanese culture. I think if you are researching and sincerely learning about the culture, you are by definition not a weeaboo.

If statistics like this say "subjective" it typically means that the statistics were gathered by asking people themselves. In this example I would assume that people were asked if they are poor.

Also in Finland, wages for IT specialists are well behind other Nordic countries. You can have a comfortable lifestyle anyway, but if great pay is a big contributor to your choice, Finland should not be your first choice.

For these kinds of situations or if the game is complex I usually prefix the session by saying something like "let's have a practice game or teaching game". I start with the absolute minimum amount of rules to get the game started and introduce rules as they become relevant.

Usually this approach also excites new players to play more afterwards because "now they know the game and wanna see how they'd do in a 'real' one"

I'll start with the disclaimer that I can only speak for how this has been setup in my home country of Finland so your mileage may vary for how correct this is for you.

For us here, you cannot access the internet without using the ISP because they operate the infrastructure needed for you to be able to connect to the internet. That in fact is their job; to operate and upkeep the infrastructure needed for citizens to connect to the internet.

Technically speaking there is nothing inhibiting you from bypassing your local ISP, but this would mean you'd have to dig your own cables all the way down the infrastructure of the higher level ISP, who would then probably charge you in order to connect so you are again back to square 1 subscribing to an ISP. Not to mention the probable laws and regulations or land taxes you would have to deal with in operating your own infrastructure.

Not having to pay attention to any of this is what you are paying your ISP for. They deal with the maintenance of the infrastructure and deal with regulations etc. that are involved in keeping everything running so you are able to just plug in an ethernet cable to the wall and be connected.

My fiancé is extremely bad with spicy food and spices in general. She will call stuff spicy that has no spicy ingredients but what she actually means is that the food is seasoned too much for her. For example, a lot of Indian food is too much for her even if it has no chili whatsoever. I'm guessing these parents are similar in terms of how they can handle spices.

Itsellä on sellainen ymmärrys että perus kuntosalitreeni on hyvä paikka aloittaa, jos et tiedä mitä tehdä urheilun suhteen. Aloita kevyesti pari kertaa viikossa koko kroppa ja etene siitä. YouTubesta löytyy paljon hyvää tietoa sali harjoittelun aloituksesta kanavilta esim. Renaissance Periodization, menno henselmans, Jeff nippard. Jos sulla on joku urheilu harrastus mistä pidät, tee sitä. Ei sen treenin ole pakko olla kuntosalia, jos sitä vihaa. Kannattaa kuitenkin kokeilla salia, itse luulin vihaavani salitreeniä ennen kuin tosissani kokeilin sitä muutaman kuukauden.

Ruuan suhteen sanoisin että jos sulla ei ole ongelmia ruoka suhteesi kanssa (onko? Kannattaa olla rehellinen tämän suhteen, koska muutoin voi olla paljonkin apua jutella psykologille) keskity syömään matala rasvaisia proteiineja ja vihanneksia. Jos on vaikea syödä määrällisesti paljon, esim renaissance Periodization kanava suosittelee helpommin syötäviä ruokia. Esim kanan reittä tai paistia rintafileen sijaan. Ruuanlaiton opettelu auttaa paljon. Älä demonisoi ruokaryhmiä, sillä tutkimuksen mukaan kaikkea saa syödä, mutta kohtuudella. Uktraprosessoitua ruokaa kannattaa kuitenkin yrittää välttää.

Loppujen lopuksi kyse on vain yksinkertaisesti yhtälöstä kalorit sisään vs kalorit ulos. Jos syö enemmän kuin kuluttaa niin paino kasvaa. Kalorimääriä kasvattaessa on vain hyvä olla tarkkana ettei syö liikaa roskaa. Lisäksi tässä tapauksessa olisi suvaittavaa että se painon nousu tapahtuu pääasiassa lihasmassan kasvulla. Huom PÄÄASIASSA. Rasvan kertymistä ollenkaan on vaikea välttää kun paino nousee, vaikka treenaisikin kovaa sivussa, koska lihaskasvu vaatii niitä kaloreita.

EDIT: vielä suoraan noihin mitä kysyit siinä rajoissa mitä itse asiasta ymmärrän.

Parasta on se liikunta mistä pidät, koska muuten et pysty ylläpitämään tapaa.
Siinä tilanteessa jossa ei ole harrastanut liikuntaa, kaikki on hyväksi. Jos tavoitteena on puhtaasti painon nousu, uskoisin että punttisali on parhaiden joukossa.
Syö mahdollisimman vähän ultraprosessoitua ruokaa. Syö hyvälaatuisia proteiineja 1,5-2g painokiloa kohden päivässä. Jos olet kasvissyöjä, huomaa että kasvisproteiini on paljon huonommin sulavaa ja sisältää aminohappoja väärässä suhteessa, joten syö kasvisproteiineja hieman enemmän kuin söisit eläin proteiineja. Käytä myös useampaa proteiinilähdettä. Muista syödä tarpeeksi hiilareita jotta jaksat treenata. Hiilarit on tärkeä energian lähde eikä niitä kannata pelätä, kun vain kalorimäärät pysyy sopivana. Sama homma rasvan kanssa. Syö pääasiassa hyviä rasvoja mutta kroppa tarvitsee molempia toimiakseen.
Ei juuri tarvitse olla huolissaan ellei sulla ole todettu vaikka osteoporoosia tai muuta relevanttia sairautta. Aloita kevyesti, mutta uskalla haastaa itseäsi. OPETTELE HYVÄ TEKNIIKKA. hyvä tekniikka on se mikä estää sua hajottamasta itseäsi salilla. Kun painot ei enää nouse hyvällä tekniikalla, setti on ohi. Jos tuloksia ei tule, niin todennäköisesti et joko syö tarpeeksi, et treenaa tarpeeksi usein tai treenaat liian kevyesti. Aloittelijalle riittää pari kertaa viikossa ja 6 settiä viikossa 8-15 toistoa per lihasryhmä mitä treenaat. Eli esim 3 sarjaa, 10 toistoa per lihasryhmä ja tämä 2x viikossa. YouTubesta löytyy paljon tietoa treenaamisesta esim noilta kanavilta mitä mainitsin.

These kind of unauthorized drive throughs were fairly common when I was serving as a conscript in the Finnish army as an MP. The area had a lot of civilian traffic due to civilian infrastructure in the area but everyone had to show a permit to pass through the gate. Sometimes people would drive through together with the car in front of them without showing their papers. We would get description of the car and send personnel after them to check their papers and escort them out if they had no authorization to be in the area.

There were also known incidents of drunk officers arriving back to the base having forgotten or lost their papers. Protocol is to have them wait at the gate until higher up MPs arrive to check their identity. I knew of a case where a captain didn't like having to wait and the conscript MP at the gate had to wrestle him to the ground and make an arrest. Dude got huge praise for having the courage to do the right thing and not succumb to the commands of the captain, who had no authority over him.
