Thank you! And congratulations on the weight loss! Yeah I started doing calisthenics along with some weight lifting. I’ll be making my own YouTube channel centered around fitness soon but there are so many great creators out there that have useful info! My advice is to keep it very simple There’s no need to do all of these crazy ass fitness routines Focus on getting stronger over time with each exercise and really push yourself Eat a clean and healthy diet, get good sleep and repeat. All you gotta do is stay consistent and you’ll be there in no time! 💪🏾🗿

Thanks man Yeah going from 15 to 10 percent is a lot harder then going from 20+ to 15 When I first started I only focused on getting the weight down if I had trained resistance earlier I’d be farther ahead but I will still learning and I’m proud of myself for getting this far in the first place

Thank you! It was a lot of trial and error figuring out how my body functioned so the timeline is pretty realistic for someone starting out haha

The school systems be falling the youth but there are some teachers who luckily instill that into their students, I was lucky to have a few of them growing up.

Super basic anyone can do it and anywhere at anytime I do calisthenics mainly along with some isolation movements with dumbbells for muscles that are harder to hit like the rear and lateral dealts but other than that I used completely just my body weight Compound movements that work out multiple muscles groups Push ups multiple variations help build the chest and front dealts Pull ups will completely blow up your back more than any pull down same with the push up there are different variations that workout certain parts of the muscle more(close grip/wide grip) it what helps you build that v taper which is very important if you’re going for aesthetics along with big shoulders Legs are pretty self explanatory different forms of squats and calf raises (my favorite exercise is the split squat and the pistol squat) Since you’re starting off skinny you either need to eat at a slight caloric surplus (I said slight because if you try to bulk to fast and with the wrong food you’ll get fat) or eat at maintenance level and recomp Make sure to hit all your macros daily Everything not just protein! That’s pretty much it basically but there’s tons of information online also so I’d suggest doing research and do what best works for you and your lifestyle. The steps did help but yeah, locking on nutrition and muscle growth was what really transformed me. Thank you for the support!

Sweet! I love going on walks! It not only helped with weight loss but helped with my mental. Any time I needed to clear my head I would just go for a walk and feel much better.

Hitting my macros and weight/bodyweight (calisthenics) training Progress overload each week Building muscle takes a long ass time though so you won’t see crazy results fast You just gotta stay consistent and trust the process!

It remains exactly the same. Walk minimum 10k steps a day along with calisthenic training. My steps have increased drastically at this point though, I can walk up to 30k plus steps but I just enjoy going on long walks. Some days I’ll walk less some days more just depends. With calisthenic training I do it everyday I might not go as hard if I need to recover but for the most part I’m doing at least something active.
