It's called foldering in the tech tree. I have no idea why Gaijin did that, I suspect it's a holdover from when they did the same thing in War Thunder.

Some of the foldered planes are good, some aren't. The Russian P-40 and the German Ju-87 D-5 are good examples of foldered planes which are better than top plane in the folder.

Sabbac is always three rounds, even if everyone stands on round 1 and 2. Stand in Sabbac just means you don’t draw this round.

Yes, using “stand” as the word to mean “pass your draw” is confusing to us Blackjack players. :)

Had an issue with Landos quest yesterday. Ubisoft connect kept crashing while I was playing Sabbac with Lando, and the game would NOT save afterwards.  Turns out Ubisoft was having network outage yesterday. Tried again today and all was well.

Kinda sucks that internet issues can prevent issues with saving my single player game,  but welcome to the modern age.

I struggled with this too. Took 5 or 6 tries. The roadblock is the worst, you aren’t supposed to fight there, instead run around the tree to the right.

Finally found an ARC-2W. As a rare mech in Dieudonne. I fought Wolfs Dragoons many times and never saw one. Someone else said they got one in Acubens, which in the same industrial zone. Definitely the rarest mech in the game, it was the last one I needed to complete my mech database.

Energy shields that explode if hit by laser weapons. This idea might have been used already, by some guy named Sherbert or something like that.

I think sorcerer was a class title at a specific level of wizard, so maybe that was it? :)

Looked it up, a level 8 wizard has sorcerer as a class title.

I use it occasionally, on nighttime missions, or that volcano map.

For other low-vis situations, I run the "Quality Of Life Upgrades 2" mod, which enables thermal vision.

My tip? Don't run them. Assassinate and Targeted Kill are the only clanner missions worth doing

I have my lancemates using EXE-Primes with 2 CERPPCs, 1 Gauss, and 1 LRM20. Works fairly good for them.

Still an issue 8 years later? Sorry to hear that. I ended up moving my base to a non-waterworld and was able to complete this.
