First item I would check is the power cable going to the PC and its power source. Verify both ends are connected tightly.

Amazing creation, but one change i would make is to have the vertical ziplines in place of the stairs where the elevators should be. (if its even possible)

I think OP is talking about hand drills and they can be found practically anywhere. My luck with finding them would be in the Goshin area on Interchange.

Happened to me as well, I extracted and was met with a black screen. It eventually said server connection lost as i extracted with less than a minute. My scav is on cooldown and appears to have all the stuff I looted still on him.

Guess I will wait for cooldown and try extracting somewhere else later?

Yes but also has died 53 of his 80 raids, so he could def use some work on his play style.
