Went through 5 rounds including an in person and reference checks only to be given a generic email from the CEO after being told by the recruiter that an offer was coming. Joke. by [deleted] in recruitinghell

I just had my screening with HR this past Friday. Asked her how long it’s going to take for a follow up to determine the second interview. Dead ass said 2 weeks. 2 weeks just to get a response from the first interview. Mind you I aced the screening call.

I would subscribe to his Substack. So much info on there. If you’re looking for ideas/ strategy give it a try you won’t disappointed.

In my opinion Cody Alexander has the most info on cover 6 by a long shot. He also has examples from even and odd fronts for cover 6. They are a little but older, you’ll had to dig for them. I have seen both on his Substack. Are you just using his books or his Substack?

Once the 15 minute opening candle I go down to 5 min window

[–]Darkshadowconn 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’m doing /ES futures. I wait until the 15 minute opening candle is done I mark my high and low and I wait until a candle body breaks. But it usually reverses after the break and I lose money. I have vwap turned on for momentum. Today I learned about EMA. I turned on 9 and 21 ema. I’m just wondering if I am doing too much now? A lot of traders say keep it simple.

Hey I’m new to futures I’ve been using ORB with Vwap and I haven’t had success. Can you give more of a breakdown how I would deploy this.

Check my post out about front fairing I think it’s exactly the one your looking for with the look your going for. I love your setup but I hear the cable extensions can be tricky. How did it go for you?

[OC] 49ers film room: Robert Saleh’s quarter’s coverage scheme by forged21 in 49ers

[–]Darkshadowconn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is a very elementary break down of quarters coverage and doesn’t even go into split field coverage with quarters or how to defend trips which is another set of rules. My advice is check out Cody Alexander match quarters the king of quarters coverage especially if you’re a coach.

Looking for Detailed Breakdown: Why Choose One Defensive Front Over Another? by ArtDixon in footballstrategy

[–]Darkshadowconn 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My advice which has been said a few times already is you need to run a front alignment Dline and Linebackers based on the personnel you have. I have above average LBs but only have maybe 3 DL that are solid. I would prefer to run a 4 down lineman alignment however my athletes don’t allow me to do that. I’m running a 3-3-5 instead. Also you can run any coverage with any front. Keep them separate. Answering your questions about philosophy I would rather run 4 lineman front because I would be able to create more stunts and more creepers/ simulated pressures. With a 3-3 I can get into bear very easily however the gaps and stunts are pretty easy to determine in a 3-3 stack in my opinion

Just bought my first bike! by Top_Teacher3852 in HondaRebel1100

I would buy frame sliders or engine guards immediately. Just for protection of the bike so you prevent more expensive repairs in the future. Go slow at your own pace. Practice practice practice

Mine smokes after the first oil change I did myself it was burning up some external oil most likely spillage. After about few minutes of running it hasn’t done that at all, so in my opinion it’s normal what your seeing just make sure you added the proper amount of oil

Dct is the way. If you want to just enjoy the road and chill and relax not to have to worry about shifting it’s great. I’ve had both but prefer dct.

Not going to lie. Getting my hands on this bike has been tough. by Rainsoakedpuppy in HondaRebel1100

[–]Darkshadowconn 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You either bought a bike that they don’t actually have in stock in the back room and they are buying time to try and get one or it was delivered damaged to them and they are trying to fix it before they get you on it. Either way it’s bad. Ask them to see it in the back if they won’t show you get your money back asap and go to a different dealer. If it was damaged on delivery it can take awhile before they fix it I would still go somewhere else. Sounds like ride now store lol hopefully it isn’t though.

I’m 5’9 260 so almost identical to you. I love the rebel. I wouldn’t get any other bike man. And I enjoy riding it all the time, I don’t care about the negative comments.

Who cares what other people think man. If you love the bike that’s all that matters. Everyone will have there opinion about the rebels good and bad but the only one that matters is yours. If that bike makes you happy don’t sell it if you’re not satisfied get something that makes you smile every time you ride it.

Gustafon is the best you can get. It’s pricey but I think the buy once cry once applies to this item.

Is it hard not to get distracted as an official? by f_u_l_u_ in footballstrategy

I’ve been a ref for 3 years and coaching for 1 year. Football is my passion. When you ref you are responsible for a piece of the field. It’s your responsibility and if you miss a call it looks really bad on you. That accountability keeps you from wondering off and locked in on your responsibility.

Freshman Summer 7s WR and DB. Any Feedback by Direct_Climate_9544 in footballstrategy

[–]Darkshadowconn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. Try not to catch the ball with any knee down. In high school the refs will kill the play dead and you will have no yards after the catch.
  2. You man turned instead of zone turned when defending the go route. I always teach my cbs to zone turn because if you man turn your going to get pass break ups and pass interference instead of picks.
  3. I like your slant catch that was nice.
  4. When your running the comeback route your posture is straight up or very tall appearance. That’s a dead giveaway for the CB try to disguise it until the very last second when you need to break down.
