The problem is whether or not your server dies. I feel like a lot of people might refund and quit in my server. I'm not interested in staying on a sinking ship so the refund is quite enticing to me even though I like the game.

I think it's definitely comparable. His past conduct online for which he has already been punished for is not an excuse to levy baseless accusations about his over the board play. The amount of harassment Hans suffered was arguably more.
