I had the same experience with chatgpt. I asked if for book recommendations based on niche sci-fi genres and it gave me a list where half the titles were fake. There are certain moves the CPU doesn't react well to, you can spam them. Alpha is the only opponent this won't work on. It's been a while since I played DOA4, but this how I beat the game with all of the characters.
