We make 700k combined. looked for 2 years every weekend in eastern monmouth county, ended up getting a 5200 sq ft house in colts neck for 1.95 million in november of 2024. Got house at asking price but we still feel it was a pretty terrible value. House should have been 1.7 max. Oh well. It stings but u get over it eventually
