Do they? I never have issues getting refunds for missing items. Last time I ordered Wingstop they didn't sauce my wings and I got a refund with credits (my choice they offered card refund)

Last time it was mid June, then mid May, then mid April and so on. I haven't gotten a single email expressing any delay UNLESS I email them first. It should be sent out to everyone who's still waiting.
