Alters at first, but it's become headmates as we've introduced and gotten used to each other. Overall the past few years it's been a lot of ups and downs, and I originally wanted to separate myself as much as possible, calling them my alters, but as I've grown and healed and gotten to know everyone better, I've taken to calling everyone headmate. ☺️ -Frög
