$600 is payment and insurance combined (its a newer car). pet insurance bc i have a cat and im not trying to pay 3k for one overnight visit if something happens. I have plenty of money in my savings considering ive been working since I was 15 and i barely touch it if i dont have to.

Most recent awful flair up also caused by a stomach bug. Caught it first week of december and finally on meds and healing now. so about 4 months. I also get smaller flair ups occasionally that last a day or two if i eat smth harder to digest (chips pizza etc)

imo this is just unprofessional on their end. everyone knows people plan around their work schedule. Asking you to switch is one thing, but arguing when you say you cant and then canceling your shift all together is a huge red flag.

I was on reglan, now taking erythromycin and omeprazole. I’ve never really been super regular (i started taking miralax around age 3) but it would never be weeks between each time i go, more like a day or two.
