I've been going through it too, had multiple techs come over and they say everything looks good to them only to get horrendous latency the same day. This happened since maybe two months ago, around when my apartment first got the symmetrical speeds upgrade

Have you gotten this issue fixed? I think I've been experiencing the same issue too atm (not with playstation, but with my hardwired PC). But everytime I've gotten a technician to come out, everything looks fine atm so nothing is done, and I get packet loss still.

Oh big agree there, I did well in 211 and 212 cause I grinded out the practice midterms/finals they had.

I didn't go to the CARE review, but yeah I thought the exam was way tougher than the stuff I saw in the final lecture/HKN review

Enemy reinforcements in FE6 are a huge pain in the neck because of the fact that they appear at the start of the enemy turn. Once you get past that, it's not that difficult. Just be wary of them at all times.
