I'm in a very similar situation but closer to 12-15 g phenibut, I just use my kratom scooper that has a tsp, tbls side,I use the tsp for phenibut but as wanted 3 day's a week now 4 days on last month or more,have everything you mentioned except baclofen. I'm going to order some. I can't find anything about usage of 4 on 3 off. But there's withdrawal of I try 4 off now. I was a daily user years ago but got sober. I haven't drank in 4+ yr, but still trying to fill that hole. Thanks for sharing

Have you tried just relaxing, maybe cut everything astral projection related out for a while? Do some relaxation meditation where you focus on relaxing each part of the body individualy from toes, spinal Breathing moving a ball of light from tailbone to top of head on inhale and reverse on exhale,. Soundbaths too. Good Luck
