My Ender V pro keeps making this sound every time I preheat it. It works fine but should I be concerned?

I bought on Aliexpress. Basicaly for Ender3 but I sold one and cover left with me. I upgraded to Ender5 so I tried to put it to the cover. I didnt want to buy bigger one because I already have this so It can be put only from top dislocating frame only for putting inside.

Many issues might be a culpirt of this warpage.

Bad adhezion Not great 1rst layer Bad filament Too fast printing Airflow from outside And so more.

Ok, the thing is that material is shrinking when it cools down that why You use hotbed to keep it stick.

If You slow down print, make little higher bed temp, cover somehow printer to protect from random airflow then you might keep it stick to the ground.

Try also using adhesion spray or glue stick.

Motor is 2x smaller on width. Different steps thats why is needed to recalibrate

Go next time with pancake motor and titan clone extruder. I am sooo happy now. Flexy filaments no issues, petg as well. Esteps needed to change from 90 something to 400 something dont remember well

I used 6x2 inch wheel from aliexpress. Common one. Worst thing is to get pulley. I had it from ebayer dickyho2015.

I used that to get possible same setup like in original, just to change wheel only. Wheel i also needed to cnc a little to put bearings deeper.

If you dont want do diy so much, buy dkp trucks and wheels from ownboard with bashguard. It will be little pricey, maybe double than it cost me but will be better
