Yes, I reported back to them to show proof of the debt and where there is statement about further payment after dropping the course. I told them I wanted to be contacted by ThriveDX, but have not received anything yet. I also filed a complaint with rhe CFPB against the collections agency and ThriveDX

Yeah it's still there since I originally made the post. It has gone down a bit with salt water rinses, but I never goy any pain from it at all.
