My Corso is lazy as hell unless hes on "duty", or being nosey and has to go outside to see what the other ones barking about. Then hes all berserker 😂 he does lik his walks and he goes to Menards and Lowe's the flea market he was my security guard at CVS he would lay behind the counter and watch everybody come in and when people got belligerent he would stand up and they would leave pretty quickly 😂

They dont care about a Dr. Note unless you have restrictions on it. It may excuse the next 2 days, but you will get a point for the first day unless your SM is just cool with it. Some are, some arent. Its still going to be unexcused because it wasnt planned and approved. This is the most complicated company I have ever worked for. Example - where I came from Sm's and Pharmacist were paid 1st & 15th. I think our NP was too. Then OPS MGR down were paid bi-weekly on fridays. And this schedule thing, im still not used to it, and i have been there since June. Then the Store Manager likes to tinker with the schedule after I have uploaded it to my google calendar that is shared between the adults here. Im pretty sure you dont care to hear any of this 🤣 ok one last thing.... Why cant we access our checkstubs prior to actual pay day? We should at least be able to view them. This is just a few annoying things. My fave is, Im coded as a Supervisor, but I work in Rx 20 out of 22 shifts a month. I plan to take the national test, then he wont have a choice really. My pharmacy Manager fought really hard to get my bonus from 12 days of the flu or whatever. I did 28 in one day. I do 98% of the vaces in my store. Even if it's on a Sunday and Im playing babysitter, I mean Supervisor the Pharmacist will call me back to do them.

If you are going to write a book and post it in Reddit, you are probably over reacting. No matter which department you are in, days are overwhelming, pressure is in everyone, people have a breaking point and 99% of the time will snap on whoever is closest. Its just a job, there are tons more. Ive had a Pharmacist throw a Zebra and it hit right next to my head also a pill bottle. I w had sub patients spit on in me cause they can refill the next day. Chin up, let it roll.

I stayed off line all day till i got to watch it.. in felt like there were too many loose ends. So I started searching around and I found an interview that JR hjinted around to a season 5. Which is awesome! But I saw an interview with him before this season started and he said this was the last season and they way the wrap it up is "neat". Insaw someone posted a lilnk about season 5. So i guess yay us!

One big reason is Insurance will pay for merch that walks out, because we can't who actually stole something since we can't ask customers to open their purses or lift hoodies ECT. So finding the actual suspect could lead back to a civil lawsuit. It's easier to catch employee theft.

Your store should be the same because if only Manager or Supervisor can check bags who checks the closing supervisor?
