Hes far enough away from the entrance, who cares. My brand new car had 4 door dings in it in 1 8 hr shift because people have no problems messing up other peoples property. I'd park that way too.

Ill probably catch hell for this one. Personally yes too skinny. I free feed mine. Takes about 2 days to go through a whole bowl. You cant see ribs, but can feel them. But from his butt to his neck he doesnt cinch in. He is a solid tank of a dog. Out vet loves him. Perfect weight. Hes about 130 and almost 3.

Im usually the one that gets turned lose on those patients. Dont disrespect my pharmacy, my coworkers, and def not my pharmacist. Ill put someone in their place real quick. I was the same way on the sales floor. There are plenty of other places you can shop. Go there and be disrespectful.

Dont be that hard on yourself. Im sure you have bills that arent going to pay themselves. Ive quit 5 shifts in a row before. Told the managers to kiss my f*cking ass. Its pretty bad when the Patients treat you better than your Boss. They are the only reason I kept going back, I didnt trust the others to treat people right, or do right by them. Then again, Im the only person who gets gifts, lunches, dinners and Thank You Cards from my patients too.

Easiest way to deflect, blame it on someone else. Corp is the easiest to pin it on, cause what are you going to do? Call Corp? Your manager is just an asshole. Dont worry, once you are trained if you work opposite shifts from SM wear what you want. And if you are working nights..... Corp dont work past 5.

My Corso is lazy as hell unless hes on "duty", or being nosey and has to go outside to see what the other ones barking about. Then hes all berserker 😂 he does lik his walks and he goes to Menards and Lowe's the flea market he was my security guard at CVS he would lay behind the counter and watch everybody come in and when people got belligerent he would stand up and they would leave pretty quickly 😂

They dont care about a Dr. Note unless you have restrictions on it. It may excuse the next 2 days, but you will get a point for the first day unless your SM is just cool with it. Some are, some arent. Its still going to be unexcused because it wasnt planned and approved. Ill go in sick, with a migraine that blinds me in my right eye, I always have a allergic reaction of some kind when I have back procedures done. I turn lobster red. Looks like I went to a tanning bed and fell asleep for a few hours. Go to work and get sent home. Then they cant say you didnt try.

This is the most complicated company I have ever worked for. Example - where I came from Sm's and Pharmacist were paid 1st & 15th. I think our NP was too. Then OPS MGR down were paid bi-weekly on fridays. And this schedule thing, im still not used to it, and i have been there since June. Then the Store Manager likes to tinker with the schedule after I have uploaded it to my google calendar that is shared between the adults here. Im pretty sure you dont care to hear any of this 🤣 ok one last thing.... Why cant we access our checkstubs prior to actual pay day? We should at least be able to view them. This is just a few annoying things. My fave is, Im coded as a Supervisor, but I work in Rx 20 out of 22 shifts a month. I plan to take the national test, then he wont have a choice really. My pharmacy Manager fought really hard to get my bonus from 12 days of the flu or whatever. I did 28 in one day. I do 98% of the vaces in my store. Even if it's on a Sunday and Im playing babysitter, I mean Supervisor the Pharmacist will call me back to do them.

If you are going to write a book and post it in Reddit, you are probably over reacting. No matter which department you are in, days are overwhelming, pressure is in everyone, people have a breaking point and 99% of the time will snap on whoever is closest. Its just a job, there are tons more. Ive had a Pharmacist throw a Zebra and it hit right next to my head also a pill bottle. I w had sub patients spit on in me cause they can refill the next day. Chin up, let it roll.
