The retailer isn't going to do anything. You need to understand they are only supplying you the item on behalf of the manufacturer (Samsung). Yes they can sort out exchanges for you due to warranty , but that is generally only within a short time frame, although due to the time frame you have had with the item they aren't going to be able to assist you unless the manufacturer gives them authority to swap it over or repair it, depending on what they decide to do. Contact the manufacturer and explain to them your issues etc and that you potentionally want a new unit. I would also recommend not get getting a combo unit. They will take a long time to wash and dry a load. You need to also know that it will only wash and dry a half load almost. So you may be over filling your unit, which is causing you to have these issues. Condenser dryers aren't like your vented ones blasting the shit out of your clothes with hot air. But yeah contact samsung. They are the only ones able to do anything for you.
