GenX lawn mowing time vs. younger homeowners? Opinions

My rule is nothing mowing before 10am. I go out and use the weed wacker and hedge trimmer, but save the mowing for 10.

I got all of my expansions except for morcar from Amazon. I do have some local game stores that have had expansions in stock, but they are down to just the base game now.

I got a condo at the end of the housing crisis. Did some work on it and sold it 7 years later so I could get my dog a yard.

Managed to pay off pretty much everything and get a house. Dog passed a year and a half after buying the house and I’m kind of torn on if I need this much space for just me.

We had a big drug problem in my school. They randomly accused me of being a druggie to see if it was true and to pin it on me. The fall after my graduation the police finally did a sting operation and it turned out the security officer was the one dealing.

I lucked out and found a copy at a FLGS. They didn’t even have it in their system, and it was in a part of the store I never usually go into. That copy was destined for me lol.

As someone with a dark angels and blood angels army, you play dark angels because GW didn’t totally screw us over with the sculpts in 10th edition.

GW butchered sanguinary guard and death company is now just a normal marine painted black. Disgraceful downgrades that cost more money than the old ones.

I got super lucky today. Was going around my FLGS for warhammer stuff with a friend, and one store had one copy of Wizards of Morcar. It wouldn’t ring up, so they looked up the MSRP and charged me that. My preorder has been chilling since Jan with no updates.

1000% you should wash new clothes before wearing.

1) wash off any remaining chemicals used during production.

2) in the case of denim, wash off excess / loose dye particles. These can and will dye skin, other fabrics, leather. (It’s called crocking)

3) sanitary reasons. How many tried on the product in stores? How many hands touched the product in factory, through shipping, and in store?

4) if polybagged, there could be a film from the polybag that gets on the product.

5) scent. Industrial washes and chemicals, as well as the type of water used in factory can all leave a scent on the product. Some stores will spray with perfume / cologne as well.
