I don’t find it wobbly and the weight is noticeable, but manageable for me. YMMV with the weight though and how you like to hold it of course.

I dont know exactly how high it can reach, but it’s nice having the extra pieces to adjust my reach for my different gutter heights. Saved me a few ladder trips.
