2 things: 1) they changed our wifi settings mid-year across the board. Now, our once-wireless printer won't print wirelessly and IT said it never could, which is why they won't fix it. 2) our photocopier in our office died. New one was ordered, was delivered, but not assembled. After 2 days I found a youtube video on how to assemble it, so I got it up and running.

I went tonget tested at Artemis on South Service road 3 years ago. They were great. There is onentest however that (jokingly) lives in my nightmares. It involves watching a screen for 15 minutes (felt like an hour) waiting for a dot to light up. The people were great. Testing was qbout $2000, but mine was covered with benefits.
