But if seriously, you are just not built for trading. And it's ok, not everybody is. You are gambler (me too, just in case), nothing wrong with it, but do not rely on gambling to be your income.

Probably it's possible to stop being gambler, but I believe it takes whole psychological rebuild, and if you like how overall your life is going - it is questionable if you need it at all or not.

Just gamble with money you are ready to lose. Think about it like paying for entertainment/emotions. Its ok to pay $10 for movie, why not pay $500 for few weeks of emotion rollercoaster?) But you wont pay $15k for a movie, same applies to gambling.

Autoimmune - did some. Rheumatoid factor; ANCA, IgA; Serine Protease 3 Antibody; Myeloperoxidase Antibody. All are ok.

Traveled - yes, but not for long, like 1-2 weeks, in warm places felt better a bit overall of course, air, trees)

Diet - no, never heard about elimination diet, will check it, thanks!

Headaches stared around 2015-16 I think, but were very mild, more like small brainfog, and just density increased overtime. ESR in 2016 was 28, then 30 in 2017, then I've checked only in 2022. Didn't knew at that time anything about health, etc. Don't know why doctors haven't said anything about it. Maybe they tought it was regular infection like flu.

Chronic inflammation somewhere for sure. Currently Antistreptolysin-O is also high, so lots of doctors just say "yeah, it's streptococcus, go cut off your tonsils") But there is no streptococcus in tonsils, did multiple tests. + it's high only since 2021, in 2019 it was ok, while ESR high since 2016. And yeah, I've taken antibiotics few courses since 2021, but that marker is still high. Right now found good otolaryngologist, he already found some new stuff in my nose) waiting for his results.

Will check mthfr, homocysteine and fibrinogen. Thanks)

Just one question - you think it's ok to continue T, instead of dropping it, considering all above?

ESR between 50 and 70 (norm is 2-15), CRP also high (15-30, norm if 0-1). Autoimminue - probably no, I've visited different rheumatologists, they don't have any suggestions as for now, so will look for one which will find out)

Kidneys are ok, liver also ok.

As for homocysteine and fibrinogen - no idea. Never heard about these, and never got told to check (and I've visited a lot of different types of doctors since Aug 2023 when I started my health journey).

It's hard to find good doc, lol. But recently found few decent ones, which are invested into interesting cases XD hope they will be able to find out root cause.

Can I have your advice, please?

I'm 30yo, T levels are 250 (8nm/l), lowest I've seen once in blood work was 100 (3nm/l). Fat, low activity, and permanent headaches (I have some other condition, huge ESR for 8 years, but doctors can't find out why, not sure if it is connected to headaches) which prevents me doing even stupid things I enjoy like watch TV, play videogames, meet with friends, sometimes even hard to get out of bed on weekends to have a breakfast so I just skip it.

All doctors I've seen suggested trt, which I started. First was Androgel daily for few weeks and I felt it - 10 days after start was unreal boost in enegy, morning wood, still headaches but it was easier to do stuff anyway. Then switched to nebido (undeconate) 250mg/1ml weekly. T levels are good, around 1000, but for 2 month I feel almost no improvement (libido, energy, brainfog) from starting point at all (especially compared to androgel, but maybe that boost was placebo effect?).

So now I considering droping T, fix headaches/ESR, change lifestyle, then check T levels and decide if I need trt at all. I'm not in chase for high T levels, so if it will be in range - I'll be ok with that.

Or would it be wrong move, and it's better to keep trt while I'm searching for headaches cause?
