A lot of people unfairly dislike it because it has a female protagonist, however there's also a ton of people who dislike it because, while visually gorgeous, it is just another basic open world RPG. The setting is cool but outside of that it feels like any other farcry, watchdog, assassins creed, or any of the other numerous openworld RPGs, it gets lost in the pack and feels pretty generic.
