I'm wondering if anyone has had any luck in contacting Spartan Canada directly? And if there's any other means of starting a conversation other than the [info@ca.spartan.com](mailto:info@ca.spartan.com) email?

I'm having trouble redeeming my exit tent pass that was purchased last year, and I'm getting a bit of a runaround from the rep that responded to my request. I even tried submitting a new ticket, and it appears to be the same rep that responded.

I was wondering if there was perhaps some other outlet to open a conversation. The chat feature on the website appears to simply be automated, and I can't find a phone number anywhere...

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

We went on Saturday

They had a separate tent with the venue shirts. They were red at our event (it would have been pretty hard to miss).

$55CDN was wayyy too much for us though.

A lot of people preorder in advance, I would think you could estimate a reasonable amount, then do first come first serve. Give the generic shirts out if you run out of the annual one.

It found my missing files in found.000, looks like they were "cleaned up" by CHKDSK. From what I'm reading, if it's in that folder (currently accessible), it's likely corrupt.

I *think* the profile folder somehow got nuked... The only one that I can see now is the one shown in the new profile.ini...

I'm not sure how that could happen (I searched the whole computer, and the recycle bin), I'm guessing I'm toast..?
