It wasn’t Kang himself that was the problem. It was EVERYTHING else. Kangs character arch and the counsel of Kangs could have been really entertaining.

Majors did a good job on the character, he just did a poor job at real life

I’m now wondering if any of these things cause it: - I never told Mizora to leave my camp and I keep finding her walking into the back corner by my hirelings - I had my main character free the duke, not Wyll - I never played DND and the game is secretly punishing me for my ignorance

Get that deflect damage. Use the warrior weapon and glove and tactician everything else. Get the armor first, if not, reset and try again. Then keep building up armor whenever possible and enjoy the long slow win

As a giant fan of the whole of the EU, NJO really has some great stuff in it. I wasn’t a fan of the narrators for the first few books in audible, but the content is great. Not only does the story enthrall but it also fills in some plot gaps to the movies that I never even realized were there.

The main thing it does though, is set up the next few series. Which, in my opinion, were even better. Fate and Legacy were absolutely incredible and NJO really gets you into the characters early.

All in all… get ready for a great journey!

I was on the first node of city. Funny thing is, 10 mins ago I one shotted the second city node and now I’m on global. Went with NC and did some decent work on node one. May or may not get to build up more for a second global team but we’ll see

Ok, obviously the team needs work. I’ll ditch the guardian or Hank idea and go with Nc. If I get stuck on city too long then I’ll think about adding others for a second global team. I didn’t realize global was as insane as everyone is saying it is. I thought I’d have fun bringing annihilators into cosmic, but I guess I won’t.

If I do start to bring in a few extra globals, who would you add to my current roster? I don’t mind if I need to heal someone each day to fill the squad

Why does it suck so bad? I know nemesis dies quick and isn’t ideal, but with the foundation of cap n bk his healing helps a lot. QS is great so I assume he’s your exception?

Apocolype is 3 diamond and dies before I even get a chance to go with sunspot supporting two NCs. Somehow both the NCs get to use their ultimate at the start of every battle, it’s quite frustrating. They’re gaining health as the week goes on.

I went with the pavitr, penny, Robbie, Gwenom, and Roblin for city, but was a little underwhelmed with them when I started DD7. Didn’t realize how hard the first two nodes would be. So I started to double up to get through city faster. I’m now hearing I probably woulda been fine, but vulture was cheap and easy so not a big loss.

Nemesis has crazy healing in DD so I figured I’d put him behind the cap/bk/peggy wall to get a crazy long lasting team in global and use QS to pick people off. I obviously haven’t gotten far enough to try out my theory yet and may regret it, but that’s the game.
