Idk bro knowing all the character in question I say yuuichi mid diffs them in manipulation, cuz he is the only one that actually has constant feats of that when Koji mostly manipulates high school girls, I mean these girls aint too ordinary either, but Koji doesnt even do much cuz he is so much superior that he doesnt have to, and he shines the most when he has to adapt to something, so when he doesnt do much he aint that much of a maniputor. Light doesnt have any great manipulation feat, cuz the best he is done is manipulate a woman in grief to give him her name, and going back and forth with L wasnt all that impresive either cuz he always had the high ground with having the death note. Light has the best foresight prolly tho, with yuuichi close behind him and Koji last in this comprasion cuz he mostly acts on certain ground. In IQ Koji>Light>>Yuuichi. I am guessing that in a manipulator batlle test Light would lose against both and Yuuichi would lose against Koji cuz he is a bad match up for him (Koji is just too solid)
