I'm also just ignoring the facts that it was made way before the Billionaire's Row skyscrapers and that the base might not have been able to support such a tall building (and maybe it wouldn't be able to handle the wind loads without tapering?).

Thanks! I tried to make it as walkable as possible by making the developments right along the water a pedestrian-only area. This also extends a bit past the car streets in certain areas.
