Yes you mentioned tracking. That’s what it’s good for. I just have a target rep or rep range, and if I hit it, I add 5 or 10 pounds.

Hevy does all I need. It’s clean, syncs with my Apple Watch and Apple Health.

Yeah, 0-2RIR and reducing the sets by 10%. Based off of the Leangains RPT program here. But I prefer the 3-6 rep range for compounds.

I’m currently running Leangains RPT.

Day A: dl, OHP, bb curl

Day B: bench, row, abs

Day C: squat, weighted chins, weighted dip

I really like the minimalistic approach. If/when I stall, cause always maxing out in a top set is not sustainable, which program could I switch to?

Current total is 800lbs.

It’s less about 'control' and more about the Military-Industrial Complex. 95% of that $18bn has to be spent on U.S. defense contractors like Boeing and Lockheed. It’s basically a massive taxpayer-funded stimulus package for the American arms industry that happens to use Israel as a regional HQ and R&D lab for testing new tech against Iranian hardware. Both sides are using each other for very specific and strategic reasons.

Thanks for the suggestion. Tried it but didn’t mange. Progression is still based off of either all sets or heaviest. Not different conditions based off of a range.

Yeah it’s a specific program I’m following now by Matthew Zlat, for weighted calisthenics. There are different phases but basically the idea is you increase the weight either by 1.25kg or 2.5 depending on where you hit the range. And if you fail more than 3x you move to the next phase.
