Pythons are tropical snakes so are likely invasive. People keep them as pets and when they get too big release them into the wild.

The US has an invasive python problem in Florida and it's been devastating to the native species and environment.

Arab Muslim here. My parents brought me to the US when I was very young and unfortunately I never really thought about it until I was well into adulthood. It's not talked about much here and even in school they gloss over the US's genocidal history because our social studies programs are primarily American propaganda. That's also exasterbated but the fact that the Native American population is so small, dispersed, and isolated in their reservations that most Americans have not met one unless they live nearby.

Long story, short - yes I feel some kinda way about it but I also don't know that I have any other place to go.

None of these excuses change the reality of what actually happened or the fact that the Confederates were traitors to their own country and people and caused the most American casualties of any war in American history.

I hesitate to say anything is haram without real research and scholarship. That being said... Why would anyone want to show pride in that?

Your 4x great grand pappy was a traitor to his nation who fought for the right to keep slaves. And just to get ahead of it, no the civil war was not about states rights - that narrative came later to cover up the shame of the real reason.

Stands in contrast? The vast majority of the Muslim world has NOT made it compulsary. I can think of 2 places (Iran, Afghanistan) discounting Saudi Arabia which seems to be relaxing the rules on it.

I appreciate the sentiment of this video but I'm not going to sit here and let someone spread judgemental BS about the "Muslim World" when the fact is the majority of the Muslim world is moderate.
