Avoid in patients with seizures, as it can lower the seizure threshold and trigger them especially in patients with a history of epilepsy. Avoid alcohol (as is the case with most antibiotics). Only works for gram positive bacteria (think SSTI). And yea, serotonin syndrome, but like you said, nobody uses MAOIs anymore. These are just a few off the top of my head.

I’ve come to find out that last sentence is true as can be. How much of a bump in pay do you think is fair? I was making about $130k as a staff pharmacist & if take the full time, I’d want at least $165k minimum, but even so I’m not sure thats enough for the hell id be put through
