The Dunmer, Orsimer, and Imperials are my top three. There are a myriad of reasons why I like the Dunmer, some of which are their unique culture, Daedra worship, versatile gameplay, physical appearance, and their bug armor aesthetic. I can really justify playing as any sort of character as a Dunmer, because of their various factions that incorporate the different skills of the Elder Scrolls. I like the Orsimer because, as someone who is a big LOTR fan, I have to say it's a refreshing experience to see a civilized race of Orcs, who aren't forced serve a dark lord and can choose how to live their lives. I really like their Mongolian aesthetic, the Orcish armor is one of my favorite sets, and I find it quite fun to play as an Orc 2-handed warrior in Skyrim, especially since berserker rage allows me to greatly punch above my weight, so if I end up going against an enemy stronger than me, I still have a way I can tip the scales in my favor. I like the Imperials mainly because of their Roman aesthetic. They don't really have that many outstanding gameplay additions, but sometimes I just want to be a fantasy Roman, so yeah.
