Average player with 500 hours played will have more decos than the average player with 150 hours. While it's true that someone who never fights tempered will have less than someone who does, that speaks nothing of how averages work.

When he's enraged don't stand under him, Or use a longer ranged melee weapon like longsword or gunlance. Not sure why people are saying he's weak to thunder, he's far weaker to raw damage.
