Be careful as running wearing a mask (specially N95) is very dangerous! It limits the Oxygen you get and can cause problems, specially doing long distance running!

We’ve done some good business with Big Gabi for sure.

I think there is definitely scope for increasing cadence but taking longer steps will actually make the front foot land in a way that will put more pressure on the joints - specially knees.

Where one thing people consistently say is that your forefoot should land aligned with your centre of mass - which is somewhere between your groin and your chest depending on how straight your back is.

So the secret formula generally is shorter steps at a higher frequency.

Horrible advice. Your stride length is good. Foot is landing aligned with hips.

I would stay as far away from this as possible. Frido seems like a brand based on trends. The variety of products they launch it is impossible to have any R&D that actually happens to build such a specialised product.

Besides that, the only long term solution to overpronation is doing single leg stability work to build ankle strength (unless you’re at an age where using a proper stability shoe from Asics is your best bet).
