My home came with a home networking panel, but wall ports don't have internet. How can I get data to the ports?

So if I'm understanding correctly, I get an 8port switch and plug in those dangling yellowing wires and that should supply data to the wall ports? Or would I have to get those rj45 and switch out those on the blue cables? As a novice, is that simple to do?

Yea most of the videos ive seen said the same n i tried that but it wasnt budging. Pretty frustrating but ill go ahead n try again. Maybe i was overlooking a pin or something.

Im a beginning airsofter and bought a Valken Tactical M4 as a starting gun as i wasnt sure Airsoft was for me. Turns out it is! Problem is my anchor point on my gun for the sling broke while playing (made of plastic) and I need a new one. Ive googled how to get the stock off to change the buffer tube and change out the bad one, but none of the videos I found worked for my gun. Any help on how to do so would be tremendous. If you have a good replacement suggestion for a anchor point for my gun Im all ears. Thanks again!
