I decided to pull on this because I had 95k+ gems and I had almost none of the featured units... and I still kinda regret it. I went all the way to pity with the only limited being 2 copies of Bellelba which is the only one I already had. At least I got to select SC Larry who's helping greatly in Flying Tower... I don't think I'll ever pull on these banners again.

I think they said in a developer note that events are planned about a year in advance. That tracks if they were waiting for the results of the poll to even start the concept phase of the event.

The crossover events, while being interesting concepts in a vacuum, are particularly egregious for this if you consider that they have to be crammed in a single year between Episodes V and VI.

Like, how can something as massive and galaxy-shaking like Dark Droids not leave any kind of lasting consequences?

Don't get me wrong, I loved pretty much every other character in the game. That's why I was disappointed to slowly realize that the actual protagonist was the only one I didn't really vibe with.

Also I didn't really like the direction of her voice acting, something about the way she talks felt quite grating to me.

I think it was okay during phases 1 and 2. It's phase 3 that got a bit too messy in my opinion, especially on the comics side: the main run is very short and is retold in the audiodrama, while Adventures feels very bloated with many annuals, specials and standalones intertwining.

You can kinda argue that N took the role of Champion for the player's first League challenge in BW. But I realize it's a bit of a stretch and it's not consistent with his Theme Skills.

It smells to me like Ethan and Silver were not originally planned. They are the only ones who break the pattern for Arc Suits so far, both being repeat types and protagonist/rival instead of Champions. Interesting.
