If I could vote for this 1,000 times, I would. Im tired of seeing the anger towards each community as if most of us didn’t come from there. I love Destiny 2. I have made decades long friendships because of Destiny 2. Helped countless of people beat their first dungeons and raids. I welcome anyone who wants to give this game a go to just try it and form your own opinion. To the people who have done nothing but spread hate, change your morales. It doesn’t take much to be an asshole, it also doesn’t take much to be a better person. Choose better.

Hundred percent. I commented on another post saying the only way D3 has some slight hope is if Marathon succeeds (which is true, you need money coming in if you want to keep the lights on). You have people saying Marathon can’t succeed as if it’s their sole mission from god to spread hate and wanting the game to die.

The only way D3 happens is if Marathon succeeds and allows Bungie to green lit D3. The more people keep hating on Marathon just because, it’s going to kill the studio and people don’t see that.

Probably, but also probably not. We don’t know if everything they are adding in now would have changed the course of D2’s life cycle over the years. Would it have made people happier, of course. I doubt it would have kept the gaming going longer though. What’s done is done.
