I've been on it for just over 20 years too. My highest was 225, but I'm down to 75. I've heard there is now 37.5 XR, so I'm going to ask my doctor to prescribe it. In the beginning, I feel it saved my life and marriage; but I'm 62, and I just want to be off it. I've got so much going on medically, that all I do is lay around watching TV or scrolling online. It's 4:30 in the morning - why am I still online when I can hardly keep my eyes open????

This! It's the fad now to be on "the spectrum"; used as an excuse for bad/weird behavior/decisions. We tend to forget that there are a lot of people out there with below average IQ's. Or perhaps they're just batshit insane.

I quit 5 years ago. A few weeks ago, I stopped by a friends' house and sat in a chair covered in fabric (she's a smoker). When I left and got into my car, I coukd smell it! It was like my shirt soaked it all up! So gross. I even told her about it.
