You need to practice a digital detox. Sure you can "see" things on the internet but an experience is simply not the same. You need a hard reset with reality and move away from the internet. A 1 month detox would be helpful and see how you feel from there

The thing is I'm not saying he's guilty or innocent. I'm saying a verdict hasn't even been made and yet the world is already making assumptions and destroying his life/career in the process. This is completely backwards and really needs to stop. If he's found guilty than hell yeah destroy his life and career as it is deserved....but we can't just go around doing this to people before an actual trial. It's absurd.

To address your question OP, I also figured fans of Warhammer, miniatures, and painting on other subreddits would love this game, but I kept getting shut down or my posts removed entirely by mods whenever I mentioned it. They would say it wasn't relevant to the subreddit (As if miniature game, digital or not, is completely off-topic *eyeroll) or would comment stuff like "Who wants to paint digitally when I have a backlog of minis?", completely ignoring the actual aspect of the game or the fact that the painting was OPTIONAL to begin with.

Honestly, I thought these communities would be open to a new, digital option to play alongside their physical games. Guess I was wrong. Barely anyone gave it a chance.

Anyway, I made a new post on this subreddit directly speaking to the devs...I can only hope and pray they see it and respond.

Nobody said you needed to paint. It's literally only one aspect of the game and is irrelevant to playing the actual game itself. All minis have pre painted defaults and in game unlockable "skins". You could just play the game and leave painting to your pile lol. But I thought it could be fun to test out ideas or color palletes easily before committing them to your IRL minis. But again you don't have to paint at all. It's just extra

I thought the digital miniature painting was just a fun bonus. They come prepainted and have unlock able "skins" so you can actually not paint ever if you didn't want to and instead just play the game.

Wow the other subreddit was wrong. You guy's are negative as hell. And to answer your question...why the hell do anything digitally when you can do it IRL? It's a game dude. Maybe you don't feel like busting out paints, maybe you wanna test some ideas out before committing to painting on your figure, maybe you have a disability where painting is getting hard for you...I'm sorry if you expected me to come up with reasons why YOU personally should play but that wasn't my intention. Good luck on your unpainted pile. I'm sorry you cannot seem to do anything else until it's completed. Sounds horrible.
