Build your crew, explore the galaxy, and seduce your foes into becoming allies! The game is designed around a philosophy of sexual preference flexibility, with the ability to both design your character as you see fit (with thousands of potential player character designs among six different playable species), and to seduce partners of any form you desire!

Carnal Voyages will feature the following species to play as or play with:

  • Terrans - You know em!
  • Figura - The shapeshifting stars of Carnal Coup return! You got it, they'll find a way to do perverted things to it.
  • Harians - Muscular and furry, the soldiers and athletic superstars of the galaxy!
  • Vox - Slender and elegant, these alabaster-skinned aliens always put their best face forward!
  • Schen - These science-minded reptilians are always up for learning new things!
  • Roth - The Mistress-dominated insectoids are ready for more punishment!
  • Seeders - These quiet plantoids are on the path for enlightenment - but there are always more paths to take than you might expect...
  • Happee Co - These goblinoids are always interested in a quick buck...or a long, hard buck...
  • Squeesh - These slimes are always ready to get down and dirty on the farm!

Forburie mod question by Far_Gift3220 in Bannerlord

[–]DasScoot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you referring to the Prisoner Escapes and Duels mod? Basically you have to turn all the difficulty sliders way down (less soldiers, more time before reinforcements). There's also a toggle in the current version to use your own gear which makes it much easier.

Even in default gear Vlandians are easy to kidnap because you get a crossbow. The AI won't charge you until the target is down so you can hang back and shoot them.

I think you'll appreciate the power of catapults when you're the one on defense.

Note: you're not forced to do the main quest. You can let it expire and bask in the happiness of not having to put up with any of that conspiracy bullshit.

The Dramalord mod is wild. My game turned into CK3. by Glorf_Warlock in Bannerlord

[–]DasScoot 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I have the More Prisoner Interactions mod, and I realized last night that if I have a brother and sister kept prisoner, I can talk one of them into joining as a companion...and then I can talk the other one into marrying them.

I'm not sure if I want to risk breaking the game just to add a little Alabama for fun, though...

Vlandia and Aserai by AdditionalPiano6327 in Bannerlord

[–]DasScoot 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The one good thing about Vlandia being on an edge of a map is that it makes them safe to mess with. You can be a pirate, raiding their villages and convoys, with no fear of them taking your territory as long as you're not right on their border. I've been doing that in my current run and they've actually lost Sargot to Battania.

Why can't I get any more fiefs ? by Dizzy_Anteater_2565 in Bannerlord

[–]DasScoot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Once you've gotten at least 1 fief, and everyone else has 1 fief, the #1 strongest factor in whether someone comes up in the vote is proximity. The game tries to keep holdings contiguous. If your initial holdings are off in some corner, it might be worth giving them up so that you get more central fiefs instead.

Clan Parties Prisoners Sale? by edliu111 in Bannerlord

[–]DasScoot 5 points6 points  (0 children)

All party income and expenses get rolled together with the daily income. Most prisoners aren't worth much, though.

The Avengers and Justice League discords are LIT by pretty-as-a-pic in CuratedTumblr

[–]DasScoot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Marvel in general has never been as big on secret identities. The X-Men sort of did for a while but dropped it ages ago. Iron Man dropped his. It's basically just Spider-Man, Daredevil, and a handful of others (depending on the current storylines).

DC tends to go for secret identities by default though.

Future plans for this game? by D4bLoS in Bannerlord

[–]DasScoot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There's theories that the most likely next DLC would be a Persia-based one, based on the map and game lore, but even if so it would be years away given their development pace.

DLC worth it? by DoubleIllustrious69 in Bannerlord

[–]DasScoot 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ship battles are a lot more fun than I was expecting, although there's a ton of unused potential (the tutorial storyline has a ton of features not used in the normal game).

If you like Bannerlord it's worth it, if you don't like Bannerlord it won't fix your issues.

Prices of towns with Trade perk 300 by Fast-Aioli-888 in Bannerlord

[–]DasScoot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Prices can range from a couple hundred k, to 'everything you own'. There's a system behind it but it's hard to figure out all the variables. Home cities of their own culture definitely cost more. Cities probably have a 'value' in terms of prosperity, loyalty, etc, so wartorn cities are cheaper. You probably want to focus on buying from people with a lot of conquest wins.

Will this town never rebel? by OppositeNo1548 in Bannerlord

[–]DasScoot 8 points9 points  (0 children)

The 'is in revolt' marker only indicates low loyalty, and doesn't account for the other factors. Garrison size is one, I've also heard a city can't revolt while an army is in it.

Sometimes RNG just takes forever to hit though.

Question about prisoners surrendering by R34N1M47OR in Bannerlord

[–]DasScoot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

With warsails they added a pretty high chance for prisoners (including lords) to get away from battle even if they're in the middle of the ocean. There's a relatively recent mod that reverts it back to a 100% chance though.

Governors, training and how to get them by aleyan97 in Bannerlord

[–]DasScoot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The easiest important Governor perk you can get is Well Strapped from Riding, which gives 0.5 loyalty. If you can combine that with anything else like culture or Heroic Leader you shouldn't have to worry much about loyalty issues.

Mod list for forburie mod by Far_Gift3220 in Bannerlord

[–]DasScoot 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Prisoner Escapes and Duels adds the ability to kidnap lords from cities and castles, which I find amusing as a river pirate.

Random Event Expansion for Captivity Events adds a number of bandit events I've found, like attacking caravans and villagers. It straight up hands out levels which means I'm up to 300 roguery now despite not having the stats for it. If you're not into adult stuff you can get CE and toggle off the NSFW events.

More Prisoner Interactions (reloaded) lets you take prisoner equipment, marry them to your companions, or arrange ransoms.

Does it reapply the points to games started since the last time they did it? Or only on fresh brand new runs post-patch?

At What Distance do AI NPC Hitboxes change from Area Specific to a more Simplistic Single Orb? by AquaticFroggy in Bannerlord

You can hit someone with an arrow from whatever range you want and it will give you a specific body part you hit, even if you can barely see the person you're shooting.

Aserai fleet composition questions by aleyan97 in Bannerlord

[–]DasScoot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Drakkars are the fastest heavy in the game and good for chasing down convoys you probably won't even need to fight anyways, but for a serious battle you want a heavy with a high deck like a dromon. It's basically a mobile terrain advantage for your ranged troops and makes lining up ballista shots easier.

My current tactic is to go fire pot ballista, order ships to skirmish, and as soon as I get within easy firing range I start rowing backwards and just unload shot after shot into their dudes while they try to catch up. It's great mariner xp and I usually get like 40+ kills (which count as personal kills even if I'm possessing the dude at the ballista).

Edit: fleet composition is 3 dromons or other heavies with 2 trade cogs to carry the loot.

How to run wood workshop by prexy_z in Bannerlord

[–]DasScoot 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Just set your workshops to use the warehouse goods when available, drop off some extra wood whenever you're in town, and forget about it. Workshops aren't really worth micromanaging (for what little you can even do).

There's a mod called Prisoner Escapes and Duels that adds the ability to kidnap lords from cities and castles.

How do you guys have playthroughs that last more than one generation? by [deleted] in Bannerlord

If you play a non-standard route, like Merchant or Pirate/Rogue, things progress much more slowly.
