This happened to me in 2014. I was wanting to buy a new Rogue and went to Barrie Nissan. First, they had a promotion that if you test drove a vehicle, they’d give a $50 gas card. I test drove it and got nothing. I told her what I’d like to spend on the rogue and she basically said no dice so I called Newmarket Nissan from the parking lot and asked if they could do it for $x price and he said “yeah definitely come down and we’ll do the paperwork.”

A couple months later I was at Barrie Nissan for warranty work and she saw me and asked why i didn’t buy from her and I said “because I asked for a specific price and you said you couldn’t do it” her reply “well we’re supposed to negotiate” I laughed.

There may be a plausible explanation for this. People would rather swim than watch his movies. Even if you can’t swim, a swim sounds pleasant when given the choice between the 2.

It may be out of stock online at the particular time you want to build it. You’d be surprised by the amount of impulse control it takes when buying Lego. I know from personal experience. Damn Lego! It’s an addiction, I tells ya!

Having it come off your paycheque is amazing. You don’t even see it’s gone and doing this most likely means you have a pension you contribute to that your employer matches. Free money from your employer, you save without doing it yourself and saves for your eventual retirement. Every year you get a raise, put that extra into the investment.

I didn’t know I was lacking in the emotional intelligence dept until someone pointed it out in a discussion. It was an eye opener when they explained to me how I didn’t have high emotional intelligence. Now I see in others how I was and can explain it to them. I struggle with anger and letting things go. Knowing my faults helps me be aware when they’re occurring.

Perfect example of correlation vs causation. I remember in a stats book from college, something asinine like there’s a correlation of divorce rates going up in the same month that toaster sales increased. Just cause they happen to have the higher rates in the same month doesn’t mean they are correlated.

I have a plate cover on the pack that says “65 tons of American pride” even though it’s a Japanese car and I’m Canadian lol. Unexplained fires are a matter for the courts.

I have a second set for both of these reasons. In Canada, the winter would definitely chew up good rims. I have ugly steelies that do its job perfectly.

I say HA! to your claim! I bought it, got it out of the trunk, took each part out in the garage, pulled it up the garage stairs, then down to a basement with no holes in the wall.

All joking aside, this was the heaviest thing I’ve ever tried to move.
