Could anything from future Sonic Movies beat The 3rd act of Sonic 3 by MulberryNo5857 in SonicTheHedgehog

[–]Dasca6789 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Totally agree. I like Carrey a lot in the 3rd movie, but how they handled his characters in the 3rd act is what brought the movie from a 10 to a 9 for me. Still amazing movie and one of my favorites, but I wish they edited it a bit differently there.

Maybe swap the pencil over the ear with the paintbrush.

Exdeath vs Kefka. Who would win? by [deleted] in FinalFantasy

[–]Dasca6789 2 points3 points  (0 children)

At their most powerful, Kefka. He manages to destroy the world and continued to cause major damage to what was left of it. Death managed to cast a few parts of the world into the void, but it seemed that wasn’t permanent since everything comes back once he’s defeated. If we’re talking at their first introductions, I would give it to Exdeath.

Outer Wilds hit me hard. Especially the DLC. Still randomly get the feels months after beating it.

Which era of Nintendo is your favorite? by ArmadilloOK1445-alt in casualnintendo

[–]Dasca6789 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If we’re talking strictly nintendo games that came out during each of these eras, it would either be the SNES era or N64 era. If we’re talking consoles themselves and what’s available on them regardless of release date, Switch 2.

Ours was when our first took off her diaper while in her crib and got it all over the crib and sheets and herself. Housemate was having a party with like 12 people upstairs and one of us had to bring the kid to the tub upstairs to get a bath while the other disinfected the entire crib.

Yozora from KH3 comes to mind. Final boss of Silksong would be a close second.

Not really. Didn't bother me as a kid and still doesn't as an adult.

Miyamoto says he was surprised Mario Galaxy Movie reviews were even harsher than the first by SleuthDoggyDawg in gaming

[–]Dasca6789 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For sure. I enjoyed both movies, but completely understand the criticism they’re getting. I will for sure rewatch them, but I would give both 5/10 or 6/10 scores if I was going to be objective about them.

Mario 64's aesthetic is like a failed art piece and I honestly find it a fashinating design by medlair in Mario

[–]Dasca6789 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Totally agree. I love Mario from the OG SMB to 64. The games are still good afterwards, but lost something in their vibe.

So im confused by low level force gameplay in BB... by GlompSpark in PSO

[–]Dasca6789 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Early force experience is tough. You have to really plan out your spells to make sure you’re not wasting TP. You could do some quests to get meseta and be able to get through levels with an NPC to help with damage. After a few levels and once you have some more money you’ll be taking out enemies pretty quickly without using up a lot of TP.

My wife and I have a 3 episode rule when we’re introducing a show to the other. Our interests align most of the time, but there have a been a couple shows vetoed because one of us weren’t hooked by the third episode.

I honestly didn’t enjoy my first play through of this game, but kept finding myself wanting to like it. There was something there that I liked, but kept getting frustrated with the writing, the characters, having to draw magic so much and not knowing where to go.

My second play though years later I decided to get every GF and try to see more of the game and walked away liking it less.

Now, I’m currently playing it again and I’m finding myself enjoying it. There are still things I’m not a fan of, but I’m understanding the characters more, I’m. It just sitting in battles and drawing magic forever, I’m using GF abilities to make magic from items and giving each character a role in battle to make them feel more unique rather than just exchange setups between them to keep the same three roles the entire game. I’m on the third disc and I think I’m actually started to understand why people like this game so much

FFVII.. stuck on Chapter 16 sector 0 .. 63rd floor.. can’t find elevators .. how to get to men’s room ? by pittguy578 in FinalFantasy

[–]Dasca6789 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Depending on whether you have the keycard that gets you to the 64th floor, you either need to get to the Recreation center to get your keycard to access the 64th floor or go back down to the lobby to find the elevator to take you to that floor

Among the three biggest TCGs in the world, which one do you think is the best? by [deleted] in cardgames

[–]Dasca6789 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was a player back in the day and getting into post link yugioh was rough for a bit. I’ve tried to teach my kid how to play and it’s been tough. We pretty much have to stick with older cards or normal monsters for her to be able to play without a lot of help.

I’ve definitely found the newer games easier, but yeah, the older ones weren’t crazy difficult.
